Josh graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Political Science. While completing his undergraduate degree, Josh worked for many years as a legal assistant at a small law firm in Boulder. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Josh went on to graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While in law school, Josh was driven to get exposure to practice areas involving litigation. Josh was active in the law school's Defender Aid Clinic, Wyoming Trial Lawyers’ Association, Delta Theta Phi law fraternity and served as the treasurer for the Sports and Entertainment law club. Furthermore, Josh worked as a law clerk for Zubrod Law Office, PC throughout his time at the University of Wyoming.

Josh believes the most important areas of laws involve defending peoples’ personal liberties and issues regarding children and families. Accordingly, Josh practices family law, criminal defense and estate planning. Josh takes great pride in getting to know his clients, their struggles and objectives, and the details of their case.
